Redesign

We work with what you already own, to redesign a room or rooms. We will maximize function, space and style. We shop around your house for items you haven’t used in a while or for collectibles you have saved in the attic or garage and then display them in the room to create the new space. By redesigning sometimes we refurbish furniture. This could be painting them, antiquing them, adding stencil décor or just do a quick upholstering job giving that old piece a new look or a face-lift.

Storage Organization

We specialize doing closets, garages, pantries, basements and attics. We will help you to gain control of your own environment by creating an organization system that will work for you. We will de-clutter and create or build areas for your all your things to have a place and will show you how to maintain that system

Drafting

We use Home Architectural Builder to create Interior Floor Plans for either our projects or for clients who need drawings for their personal home improvement projects. These drawings are also used to obtain Building Permits and are done up to code as per Building Department requirements. This drafting work is also applied if necessary to our decorating projects, to give the client and idea a head of time on what the room(s) will look like when finished.

Painting

We have our own painting crew that has over 20 years of experience. As a Decorator I am very particular about who does the work for us, therefore, this crew is very well trained by us to provide you with an excellent quality of work. They are very clean, neat and they know what needs to be done for a perfect finished job.

We provide you with several areas dedicated to improve your home and in addition to the Interior and Exterior Painting we will accommodate you with the knowledge of color coordination. We are also experienced in drywall repair and installment, plaster, taping, wall paper, power washing, trim or molding work, staining, faux finish (glazes, suede, venetian plaster, faux marble look and two or three tone painting), wall murals and some carpentry. As a bonus for you, at the completion of our work we provide you with a cleaning maid and the service for a day to clean your home in a better scale and leave you house spotless. This is to show you our gratitude and appreciation for doing business with us.

We will help you to make all the necessary space and functionality to create the curb appeal your home needs by highlitting the focal points and de-cluttering and make it look more spacious and elegant for you to have a better sale.

Interior Decorating

We prepare the room(s) by doing all the improvement needed, then painting with either a faux finish paint work or just simply a change of color. After the room is all set and done, then we’ll work with you in purchasing the furniture or other items you may want to showcase in the room and mixing them with patterns and textures to create the sophisticated look you desire.
